- 3 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same database more than once, we will provide a refund for the duplicate order, provided you notify us within 7 days of the purchase. In such cases, the refund will be issued for the additional purchase, and the original purchase will remain valid.
- 4 No Refunds on Customized Orders
Custom databases or databases that are specifically tailored to a customer’s requirements are non-refundable.
